Langside Road, Westmoreland Street Clean Up Carnival

Councillor Danny Alderslowe, along with Ian Borthwick of the GREAT project and the Community Council, is organising a Clean Up Carnival on 15th September. As well as motivating teams of volunteers to spruce the place up and planting shrubs there will be a real carnival atmosphere with music, and loads of other stuff like face painting going on. If the weather’s good there’s the possibility of a big barbecue as well.
